Order Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days of purchase. Once your order has been
dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your
shipment through to delivery. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak
periods, promotional events, and public holidays.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is provided for every order at the time of dispatch. You can use this number to monitor
the status and location of your package until it is delivered. If you have not received tracking information
within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched and are estimates provided by the carrier.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and any customs
processing for international shipments. Tee Project is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier,
weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control once an order has shipped.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders
are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. We are unable to redirect a package once it
has been dispatched, and we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete
address supplied by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your package is marked as delivered but you
have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can open an inquiry with the carrier on
your behalf and work toward a resolution.
